The Quality Management System adopted by this Company is in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 Standard. The Company is committed to providing our customers with product and service without non-conformance and to their requirements. The Company is also committed to appraising our quality procedures and training of staff to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. Our primary objective is to provide complete satisfaction and also provide a superior supplier service within the market place.

Our philosophy is that working with these objectives will result in continued expansion and rewards for all current and future personnel.

The above will be achieved by:

1. Making a total commitment to quality from all levels, particularly from Company Management.
2. Sharing the Company commitment with all employees, sub-contractors and suppliers and explaining their responsibility to support it.
3. Maintaining ongoing programmes for the continuous improvement of processes and services.
4. Addressing Company problem areas, reviewing the Quality Management System and quality of objectives consistent with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
