Holtek Semiconductor is a Taiwan based semiconductor manufacturer. The company supplies an array of both universal and embedded microcontrollers, supplemented by comprehensive development tools. It also provides a range of peripheral semiconductor products such as telecommunication, power management, computer peripheral and memory devices.

Along with its headquarters and design operations located in Taiwan, Holtek Semiconductor also has manufacturing facilities in China. Established in 1983, the company has around 650 employees worldwide.
