IXYS Corporation (now including Clare, Westcode, Directed Energy, Micronix and MicroWave Technology).

IXYS produce a vast array of discrete and modular power semiconductors. MOSFETs, IGBTs and Drivers, PFC, Ultrafast Diodes, Silicon & GaAs Schottky Diodes, Thyristors, Break-over Diodes and Bridge Rectifiers. Their RF Division produces innovative RF MOSFETs for HF/VHF communications and extremely high speed SMPS together with Drivers for these applications as well as High-Speed GaAs Schottky Diodes.

Clare

Clare are famous for their Solid State Relays and Opto Isolators but their Line Interface and Supervisory products (such as LITELINK III) are now to be found in many Network Voice & Data applications. Recently introduced is their range of OLED Line and Column Display Drivers.

Directed Energy (DEI) produce bench-top Pulse Generators, LASER Diode Drivers, Digital Delay Generators and Pulsed Current Generators.

Micronix

Micronix design and manufacture analogue and mixed-signal ASICs. Their products span commercial, industrial, medical, and military applications and utilize CMOS, BiCMOS, BiCDMOS, and bipolar technologies.
