SOLID STATE SUPPLIES LTD has a fully documented Quality System, which as a minimum meets the requirements of ISO9001-2008 and AS/EN9120A:2009.
The Quality System ensures that the company meets or exceeds its customer’s requirements and expectations (including regulatory and airworthiness requirements), by ensuring conformance to specification at all times.
The manual and procedures ensures risks associated with projects are analysed ensuring reliability and maintainability of products is achieved.
Key checkpoints during contract review and verification activities ensure customer requirements are met.
The Managing Director ensures that all personnel are responsible for the effective and economical running of the system. He makes sure the policy is established, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the organisation.
The company’s and commitment goals are: total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by operating their Quality System in the most economic and effective way.
The quality policy is reviewed for continuing suitability against defined objectives ensuring it is appropriate to the company’s operational activities.
The Quality System applies to: | Specialist stockist and distributor providing technical applications support of electronic components with or without source lot traceability. Involving outsourced processes in accordance with Customer approved requirements. |
